Personal Assistant 'Support with Confidence' Training

TBC

Support with Confidence is changing.

Support with Confidence is open to both PA’s who are currently in employment and people wishing to become PA’s.

The new way to attain ‘Support with Confidence’ accreditation will be by attending all of the modules which are spread 6 full days and also complete a workbook. All the modules and workbook will need to be completed within 8 months of starting the course.

Day 1 must be attended in its entirety but the rest can be completed as ½ days if that fits in better with your work/life balance

A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be carried out and you will be asked to name two people who can supply a reference for you, preferably one of whom is your previous/current employer.

You will also be required to have your details placed on the SILC PA Finder website and will be shown as working towards the ‘Support with Confidence’ accreditation.
